Looks like Kolynos Presents the White Guard wins the title of oldest 10.0 by 19 years.

The 9.9 link is incorrect- takes me to the 10.0 page instead.

Awesome work ! You want rare moderns , go for the 9.9's ! some of those numbers are surprising.  As far as percentage of books submitted to amount of 9.9/10.0 achieved, Spider-man 361 stands out, couple others as well.

That is weird.  The board let me copy-and-paste the CGC 10.0 link, edit the 9.9 part, and kept the link pointing to the CGC 10.0 page.  I guess the board editor is just "smarter" than we are.

You'd probably want to use a cutoff of 1999, though.  There are a few modern CGC 9.9s that are so common they should be priced the same as CGC 9.8 for similar books.
