Solid mid grade with a chunk out of the lower back corner.

I'm going to assume that that back lower corner is missing? 3.5 tops factoring in the surface wear and creasing.

I really did not read the OP note as it was late when I started looking at a few books. When you guys put up a book for grading give a bit more info if you can. Some fail to mention the interior if the centerfold is well attached, loose at one of the staples, page tears, coupons, interior staining or tanning on the cover edges. Make sure you mention those if those conditions exist on the inside as it will be easier to give a better grade on the books. 2c
