Thanks in Advance!  It's hard to tell from the scans since they were compressed after I uploaded them but there are a few color breaking creases along the spine on the back cover.

Is there rust on the bottom staple or is it just discolored? If there is rust, I have to top out at 7.0. If no rust, an easy 8.5  with a chance at 9.2, even with the spine creases. Not a lot wrong with this one.

I see 3 spine tics on the back. Fantastic book, but like someone above said what the deal with the staple. It shouldnt be rusted on a 
JCPenny reprint at least I have never seen one. I am going to say 9.2 as long as staple is okay.

Thanks for the comments everyone.  Staple isn't rusted.  I pulled up the original scan and it appears that the staple is black.
