Seems too time consuming to spin a wheel. Can you imagine? The roulette wheels at the casino my wife likes to go to take forever to come to a stop.

Your question is confusing.

Do mean for each specific book they grade? Yes.

Enter the CGC serial number in the 'Verify CGC Certification' feature and it will tell you.

They keep track.  Just type in the certification number of any comic to find the page quality.  It's just not been integrated into the database that is the census.
