I find books like this tough to grade from pictures. Ones that seem to have solid structural integrity, with no splits, only very small tears, tight staples, no missing pieces or roll, but  show a fair amount of creasing, dimpling, etc. 

I tend to go with 3.0 on books like this.

Structurally this book really nice. And it's colors are nice and bright in hand. I would normally toss a 4.0 on this all day with a shot at 4.5. However, with CGC's new ultra tight (and inaccurate) grading, it could go 3.0.
