They have corrected label errors when I have contacted them at no cost. They have paid shipping both ways as well - they will credit your account for the shipping for you to send the book in or they will cut you a check or refund to your CC if that was the payment. If memory serves, you complete a reholder form and note on the submission form the label error and note the original CGC invoice on the form as well; however, I would contact them first just to verify. All this is predicated that you were the submitter of the book originally - if not, I believe you would pay for the reholder but again calling them is the best option.
