Too optimistic ? For me, this is a reader copy at best but CGC is so loose in the lower grades. I don't see any missing pieces,which usually guarantees a 3.0 from CGC.

First, I respect your opinion a great deal. Second, please understand that I love to kid around. Third, I enjoy helping other folks determine a suitable grade for their books, and I don't expect anyone to grade a book accurately without seeing the book in person and holding it in their hands. Even then, there can still be differences of opinion. But I really don't like to even guess as to the grade of a book without seeing a clear picture of the front and back cover, and additional photos of the spine edge and interior are always helpful, too. Some of the biggest mistakes I've ever made when grading books happened when I tried to grade them through the bag. So yes, I would agree that you may be a bit optimistic...but optimism is never a bad thing, BB..  (thumbsu
