MARVEL MYSTERY COMICS #40  fair condition.  Fair condition due to binder holes, and cover separated from comic and spine split at top 1/3 and bottom 1/3.    Only one staple appears to be present but all pages holding together perfectly.  Were it not for these defects this beautiful looking book might probably grade fine.  Nice gloss to cover, nice pages.  More pics on eBay.
