Really nice book. Case is CGC fresh and was placed in mylar sleeve.  $21,000.  Recent 4.5 sale of $17,500 and know there was a 5.5 sale for around $25k.  Looking for cash, but will consider trade/cash offers.  Notes say “tape on interior cover” which I understand can be removed.  No marvel chipping and nearly perfect Off White/White Pages.  Considering sending the book to CL, but wanted to give boardies a chance at this book.

2) I accept payment via check.  Payment is expected within 3 days of invoice unless an arrangement has been agreed upon.
