Real Life Picture Magazine 11 (May, 1943): stunning Schomburg cover (Overstreet notation), with 4 small holes along the left side that run through the book. There has been discussion about the ‘Real Life Comics’ title in a previous thread, i.e. related to the use of the title “Real Life Comics” vs use of the title “Real Life Picture Magazine”; there is no indication of this book being a Canadian variant, and the price on the cover is 10 cents; Boardie Timely (with permission to post this) indicates this in the thread:

“My understanding is that the Real Life Picture Magazine logo was to attract more mature readers on the newsstand. They are not Canadian, Canadian comics would be priced at 15 cents. Real Life Picture Magazine issues are FAR RARER than Real Life Comics issues, probably 100 to 1 survival ratio.”

Book observations: 4 small holes run through the book; book has one staple; other than some mild staining on the BC/FC, and a non-color break crease at the bottom right corner of the FC, this book presents like a 6.0-6.5; asking: $100.00. :news: SOLD to comicquant!
