I’m planing on dropping a book off for the signature series after getting it sketched on. Do I not have to pay for handling fees since I’m dropping it off with a representative at a con, or will I still have to pay?

If you are referring to the invoice fee, yes, you still have to pay it.

If you want SS you must have a cgc witness with you when you pick up the book from the artist...can't just drop it off at the booth
