I started the thread off with this splash which is all kinds of awesome for all the wrong reasons, but I have a question after studying it. A guy has obviously just been beheaded, but where is the body?

Yup, just like other publishers' similar themed books, Dark Mysteries and Mysterious Adventures are sisters.  Fight Against Crime was similar, as this little splash displays;
