He may or may not have done an interior story in this copy, depending on which version it is. But the cover is definitely by an Iger Shop hack, not Ditko.

There is no Ditko.  This is the cover to Strange Fantasy #9 with the interior of a Harvey comic.  It is listed in the Overstreet Guide as not by Ajax but a rebinding using various Harvey interiors, in this case an issue of Black Cat.
