Welcome to the boards! 

When new people try to sell here (and they dont have a history on the boards) they usually provide their eBay ID, or any references, especially for such an awesome (and pricey) offering!

Not required (there's no rule about it). But it may help facilitate someone buying the book.

Also you need to note how you will accept payment (paypal, check, money order, Denny's gift certificates...)
