I could imagine.  I drew a Creepy cover and took me nearly 2 months. That's the last time I will try to cover a Frazetta cover.

While we're on Weird Tales, here are some more iconic covers from the Godmother herself, Margaret Brundage.  There was a flood of outrage aimed at her salacious covers because everyone assumed she was a male as she signed her works with "M Brundage."  The publisher finally revealed that M Brundage was actually female and response was mixed.  Her covers are some of the most iconic in pulp history.  Unfortunately, she died destitute and alone.  Fascinating figure.  The first cover is actually one of my favorite pulps (despite being relatively tame in the GGA department) due to it's eerie beauty.  I was lucky enough to fine one that's not deteriorating to bits as these pulps tend to do.  The second is a favorite for obvious reasons.
