Pretty much what you've highlighted in your photos, TLFC corner wear with some light abrasion , BRFC  corner area looks a little soft but hard to tell exactly, as you've taken the picture against a white background, there's some light cover indents and obviously the spine roll, which can be remedied if you want to go to the expense of pressing. A full on picture of BC would help better to assess the BC imo. Nice reflectivity.

To all of that I would add it looks like there’s some minor soiling on the BC by the spine, too. If you have some sentimental reason to slab go for it, but it’s not a valuable, rare or in-demand book. You’d probably need to pull a 9.6 just to break even on the slabbing cost; 9.4s seem to average about $30, 9.6s around $45-50, lower grades less than either. Why not just put it in a nice, archival mylar with backing board?
