Book with blown staple gets a 6.5 1 1

Thanks for all the replies. While I have been collecting comics for over 50 years and selling them for 25 years, I have never seen a dealer present a raw book with a blown staple at FINE+ or better. Obviously I have learned a tough lesson and hopefully a not too expensive one as I expect to recoup the majority of the $$$ when I auction the book in October.

I have seen my fair share of blue label CGC books up to 6.5 with a staple pulled through the cover, but none above that, so it appears that is their cut off for it.
