Fantastic Four #64 wth no staples and notary stamp? 0

I recently purchased a nice run of Fantastic Four comics and this one stood out.  I realize it's probably nothing other than a kid playing with notary stamp type thing but the fact that it never had staples made me think it was worth investigating.  It says "National Service Corporation" "Incorporated May 12, 1950" and "California."  Thanks!

Interesting, but I think you’re right; kid with a stamp is my guess.

That is not a Notary Stamp.  It is just an embossed corporate seal.
