TERMS OF SALE:

I will not conduct business with members on the probation list, members listed in the hall of shame, or members on my ignore list. I do not participate in third-party deals. When you enter into a contract with me, you acknowledge that you are directly responsible for the deal. 

First  in the sales thread wins. Private sales can be arranged and negotiations are entertained via PM, but the most secure and incontestable way to win is to post the directly in the public thread.

PAYMENT: Please pay within 72 hours of receiving your invoice. I reserve the right to cancel the deal if this condition is not strictly met. I accept PayPal Goods and Services as a preferred method of payment. Please contact me via PM prior to bidding for information regarding payments with personal checks, cashier checks, or US POSTAL money orders.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: I will only ship to the United States. The cost of shipping via USPS Priority Mail (signature required) is included in the sales price. If the package arrives damaged, please take photographs or video of the unpacking process. Damaged items will be refunded under my personal insurance policy, but I must be able to prove that the item was damaged during shipment.

RETURN POLICY: Unless stated otherwise for a specific item, I accept returns for any reason, as long as the following conditions are strictly met:

1. You must use PM to notify me of your intention to return the item and I must receive this notice within 72 hours of your reception of the package as indicated by tracking.

2. I must receive the returned item in the exact condition in which it was sent. Refunds will only be issued after I receive the item in question.

3. You must mail the item back to me postmarked as "shipped" no later than 7 calendar days after your reception of the package as indicated by tracking.

4. You must cover the cost of shipping the item back to me.

If any of these generous conditions are not met, I reserve the right to refuse the return. For this auction, I will not allow the buyer to "cherry pick" returns. In other words, if you are not happy with two or three issues, I will need ALL of the books back and you will receive a FULL refund of the purchase price as long as you meet the requirements for returns as listed above.

FOR SALE - ALL of the Spawn homage covers! All 31 issues are graded CGC 9.8 with white pages. No holes. No gaps. All variants and regular editions are included, EXCEPT for the Spawn 222 Kudranski Variant, which was NOT part of the homage run, but instead a unique "chase" variant featuring an original design by the cover artist. 

PROVENANCE - these were handpicked back in the day by our own "Beachbum" so you KNOW they are legit 9.8s. They were delivered to me, placed in sealed bags, and lovingly stored in my archives. Rarely handled.  

GPA is roughly $5300 for all of the issues I have for sale. The set will include the following CGC graded comics in the holder design previous to the revamp a few years ago.

Feel free to reach out if you need time payments. Strict terms will apply, including a non-refundable 20% deposit and three equal payments on the remainder. 

I will not be discounting the set. If it doesn't sell, I will send to auction using another site. We all know the movie hype is there. Get them shipped to you for around 8% less than GPA sales data. Everyone seems to be hot for the homage run. Get them all in one place.

I've never seen another complete set for sale.
