CGC Facsimile Cover. Restortion or NG? 1 1

So I recently purchased a Hulk #5 that is coverless. I was wondering what it would be graded as if I sent it in with facsimile cover. Would it be graded with an NG or a restored grade?

At the risk of having my personal trolls, RMA and Two-piece swoop in and tell me I know nothing about anything as they do anytime I post, I'll mention, hopefully without incident, that of late, I've seen seller on ebay getting insane prices for coverless key issues, like X-Men 1 with a facsimile cover and calling it "restored". One such X-Men 1, coverless, with a repro cover, also available from another seller on ebay, just sold for $6900 about a week ago!

Stapling a cover repro to a coverless book is not restoration, and CGC doesn't consider it and assign a grade to it other than NG blue label, as CQ pointed out. But this coverless/repro cover for 10X the price of a coverless trend continues on ebay, with deceptive wording clouding what it really is.

Wow. Just wow to what is being sold on the bay. To answer the op’s question  NG.

I’ve seen a few of those auctions. If your goal is maximizing your return on investment, you’ll get more with a facsimile cover than without, again, from what I’ve seen.

I believe those coverless books are in somewhat demands for replacing missing wraps and centerfolds even they have the covers only that need the coverless books to make them complete.
