I am looking to buy some 9.8's of some books that have not released yet.  The issues that I am looking at are not anything special.  They are not variants or incentive issues and as far as I know, they are not really speculation issues either.  Does anyone offer a 9.8 subscription anymore?  I don't even need them fast tracked.
