Visually the book looks like a NM 9.4.

The back cover has a weird tear in the shape of the state of Ohio.  It is truly bizarre.  Not sure how to grade it...VG/FN 5.0 Technically?

Seen VG's of this book going for $80+ recently.

Asking $90 for this NM looking copy in a time where NM CGC copies are going for $500+

If someone wants to educate me on the re-used cover artwork, like the one above compared to Weird June 1970 on the previous page.  Were they the same stories or half new half old?  How can one be sure which came first without memorizing all the covers?

Eerie Publications started to heavily re-use elements of previous covers in their new issues.  It's a pure mish-mash-mix-n-match with no rhyme or reason.

The stories inside are completely different.  Though with that being said Eerie Pub did start to re-use stories as well in some issues.  But again this was random as well.

some of the stories are from previous years ( from the 1950's horror era ) and they are redrawn.

Cover changes varied when reused but here’s one example of same cover but with changes.

 

 

I actually like the fact they usually weren’t identical because sometimes the later versions I liked better with image or color changes.

Hey I’m working too so I guess we’ll both miss something great. Napping wouldn’t get you fired but more likely dead on my job...lol

I’m curious how much of the Eerie Pubs run you have now? Got to be a pretty solid collection by now.
