I was a bit shocked when I first saw it but there is currently a CGC 8.0 Listed on thaBay from MyComicShop for $985

VF- 7.5 (Front cover looks like a stunning Near Mint book.  Back cover has the color breakers that break it down)

Insane Horned Alien dude devouring a couple of Unfortunate Victims with blood dripping and pooling everywhere.

That "Man-Beast" Panel with the flesh ripping on the lady's face is too much!  ... Savage.

"Hell Below", cool story about a Dude's unbeknown pact with the Devil.

It sure is a doozy of a cover.  Top 10 Eerie Pub for sure.  With strong arguments in the top 5. 

It's inevitable that the prices on these books get to the point of being ridiculous as they have so much to offer to the Golden Age Pre-Code Horror Crowd.

In fact my gateway into GA PCH was through these books.

I always had a ominous suspicion that this could be the case with you Karl.  But I don't like to judge a book by it's cover
