I had to look into this because it was so crazy, and this story is still available in another book in this thread!  It has been reprinted at least 9 times according to here.  Originally titled "I Killed Mary" from Weird Mysteries #8, 1952.

The great thing about these stories in Eerie Pubs is that they are actually "re-worked" content is added to the stories so it is a derivative of the original
