Scam Alert! Hulk covers being offered - Not Legit. 1 1

There is an Ebay seller by the name of thunderrtgallerygifts, and also selling art on Etsy under DJHTreasure Attic that claims to have the original art to the HULK 105 and 119 and others.

I sold the cover to HULK 105 to a prominent collector a few years back and checked with him yesterday.  He still owns the Hulk 105 cover art.

This seller claims that her brother died and left her this art. She has the HULK 105 listed at 28.5k and the 119 at 29,850.  Someone is going to get very hurt if they send money her way.

The current owner of the HULK 119 just contacted me to confirm that this person is clearly selling fakes.  My hunch is that this seller took the pages directly out of the IDW artist edition books.  I've actually surprised we haven't seen more of this.  Online, those images looks real. It's very hard to tell.

Wouldnt the holes in the pictures on etsy not be black?  Its like mentioned above maybe a scan or something out of the IDW.  So, if it is from the IDW would there be something on the back of the piece?

The seller removed the one cover up on ebay -- it was the 105.

I think the point is to convince you to send them your money.  Maybe they would glue a false back on it when they send it to you.
