It has some staining along the spine , a small non breaking dog ear on the front bottom right,  a small tear to one of the pages ,some slight ncb creasing on the front cover ,a small tear at bottom of spine...All pages are attached and complete .They have ZERO BRITTLENESS  Nice soft paper   Ill call it cream to off white ..I obtained this book from a woman who has had it in a plastic sealed tote since the late 80s
