Book looks solid but the vertex of the spine is really ragged, especially toward the bottom. Hard to give a grade without seeing the inside of the FC. Is the spine split at all ?

Assuming there is some splitting at the bottom of the spine here...I'd go 4.5.  Would be helpful like Bomber-Bob said to see some more pics.

Nice eye appeal but I wouldn't go over 5.0 due to the spine.... the 4.5 may be closer to the final tally..... still a very respectable copy of that one. GOD BLESS....

From the pics it looks like a nice solid copy. With the spine wear I'd go with a 4.5. Love this book. If you ever want to sell.

I'd have to give it at least a 5.0 then..... the cover seems  fairly flat and glossy. Many dealers would call that a fine, but for me it's not quite there. Nice book. GOD BLESS...

Looking at the front and back covers alone, with wear on edges and some small color breaking creases, I was at a 6.0.  After seeing the spine, rough but not split, I would say:

5.0 and a possible shot at 5.5 (CGC).  Keep in mind that most GA CGC 4.5's have an actual significant PIECE missing out of the cover (see example).  This beauty has no such defect.
