PGM Hulk 3 1 1

I'm curious what you guys would grade this copy of Hulk 3. There is a panel cut out on one page which affects the story on both sides of the page. Would the panel missing make this an automatic 1.0? Thanks for the feedback!

interesting question.  A 1.0 can have up to 1/4 of the front cover missing OR an entire back cover missing, so i think a missing interior piece would not be this severe.  A 1.5 can have 1/10 of the back cover missing, which is probably more comparable to the defect here.  Alternative, you could get a qualified grade.

1.5 CGC universal / blue label  OR

2.5 CGC qualified / green label

I would have given that book a GD/VG 3.0 without the panel missing.

Since the missing panel affects the story it will probably take a bigger hit so IMO FR 1.5.
