Marvel Premiere #3 insert? 0

I picked up a collection recently and came across this insert in a Marvel Premiere #3.  I've seen the Mark jewellers inserts in other books, but this one looks quite different.  Obviously geared toward servicemen, I assume it was a direct marketed type of book.  Curious if this insert is particularly unique?

I now know it is a National Diamond Insert, thanks to a smart boardie who was quick with a PM.
