the spine split is the killer on this one.  water damage and soiling are acceptable in VG books.  By technical Overstreet grading a GD 2.0 may have up to a 2" spine split while a Fr/GD may have a spine split between 2" and 2/3 the length of the book.  this book has about 1/2 book length split so that would put it in the FR/GD 1.5 Overstreet category.  CGC grading does not necessarily follow the same standard when dealing with spine splits and missing pieces, and there are verifiable examples demonstrating this discrepancy. 

CGC grade 2.5 - 3.0
