I actually ran into a guy who has 7 copies of the dark knight returns # 1 and I was lucky enough to choose the best copy. I think the small scratches would keep it out of the very highest grades, so no, I don't think it's worth the extra cost of slabbing and shipping. A nice book that I would keep raw.
