It seems Paypal has stopped providing eBay sellers with the buyers email address. 1 1

Back when I started this thread last year you could still go to Paypal and act like you were issuing a refund and the buyer email would pop up.

Not any longer as PayPal now says if you want to contact buyer do so through eBay messaging system. No way now to get buyers email from PayPal or eBay.

 You can find the buyers email at the order number or at the "leave  feedback" . You have 14 days to retrieve them after the item was sold

You have to go to your ebay "orders" section.

On each item you sold you have two options to retrieve the email :

1. "leave feedback" the buyers email will appear when you click on "leave feedback"

2. "order number"  each item you sold now has an order number , here`s an example : 19-03748-99070

You click on that number and you will get the email

 

You only have 14 days after the item is sold
