Hey guys, rules of the sale:

 

1. No shipping outside USA.

2. Payment can be paypal, or personal check

3. Shipping is included in the price will go priority mail registered. 

4. No members on the probation or hall of shame list.

5. First to claim in thread gets the book.

6. Will take return on book if buyer not pleased, not sure if the book has been pressed. I have had it since 2011.

 

Book is $730 shipped! Case is free from cracks, breaks, etc.
