This book is super glossy. Blunting at top corner, slight bindery defect on back cover, cutting fray. Book appears to be a confident 8.5, that would tie it with one other copy for highest graded. I have not pressed this book.

Last high grade copy sold was a 7.5 in April 2017 for $1016
