Here's a tough one---

Rue Morgue #93 CGC 9.6 s/s director John Landis, make-up effects artist Rick Baker and actor David Naughton - $895

American Werewolf in London tribute issue.  The signatures are all super scarce---to this day, I've only seen Naughton at one or two events.  Ever.  Baker and Landis, this signing might have been their only one.  Jesse Campbell would probably know better or Triston Pence.  They are really the two who would know best.

This is one of those books that I should probably send back to CGC for re-evaluation upon taking another look.  Structurally, it looks 9.8 to me, and this was a file copy sent to me directly from the publisher.  There's no grader notes, and I personally think they may have been a little harder on this one than others from the same invoice.
