the major defect is the bottom spine corner crunch that looks like it was banged against a hard surface and the paper fibers got pressed in.  F/VF 7.0 allows for blunted corners, but that corner goes beyond that IMO. otherwise there are a few color breaking spine tics which are allow in the 7.0 to 7.5 range.  There are several non color breaking creases and bends in the spine as well as cover overhang and waviness on the back cover that can be fixed with a press.  I have seen some pressers who have been able to sharpen up bumped spine corners by pulling out the impacted paper and then pressing them flat, your results may vary.

if the press sharpens up the corner (I think this is likely), then you are looking at a 7.0 or even 7.5 as many of the defects are pressable
