It’s a small collection but the bags are in desperate need of replacing, so sorting out everything is taking some time. Think something leaked into part of his collection but luckily the books survived. Think it’s my reward for not going off on someone who sold a collection out from under me last week. We literally set the time for pick for last Monday and over the weekend it was marked as sold. I asked if it had sold to someone else and was told it was picked up on Saturday. I bit my lip and said “oh bummer”. But, I was real salty. I should have given him my # for any future sales. Well majority were not bagged and boarded. He apparently thought he raided the books of anything worth value. It just goes to show everyone misses something. In this case it was quite a few, but it was about 30 boxes I went thru so I bought 95 books. I doubt it possible in this day in time, but maybe next year again. No the books were $.10 a piece he had 30 long boxes of stuff. There is probably some more stuff in there that is valuable, but I don't know Manga or Indys as well so there was box or two of those as well as a box of Kung Fu related Indys as well. Those MM 6 and 7 books are hotcakes right now. I sold one set in under 15 min last night. Its been a good month. My problem now has a part time seller is time. I am sure many more are like me when they get home from work they have several auctions/bins to pack up at once. By 8AM this morning I already had 5 for tonight. 2 years ago I would have been lucky to pack up 5 orders in a week sometimes. Had all these issues occurred in about 2 years from now when I can retire I would have really cleaned up.
