Help in identifying artist 0

Hello all.

Had the following art sent to me as a random lucky dip, but I have no idea who the artist may be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen that signature but can't recall ... sorry, I know that doesn't help

Doesn't google have an image search if you add an image it will come up with the similar images?  You might be able to find out that way...

I did a google search on the card set and found a site with all the artists who did sketch cards and he was the first one that I googled and his initials matched the item I found. 

Voila

Still don't really know who he is or what else he did
