X-Men #164 CGC 9.6 WP - $215 - honestly, not sure why this book is so hot, guessing it has to do with an upcoming movie?  There was a recent sale for $279, so I'm firm on price.

Batman #183 CGC 9.2 OW/W 2nd Poison Ivy 8/66 - $400 - last recorded sale on GPA was $380 over a year ago

Iron Man and Sub-Mariner #1 CGC 9.0 WP - $350 - last recorded sale on GPA was $330 this month, I know my pricing is aggressive on this book, but a 8.5 went for $780 this month as well - plus I am shocked this was graded a 9.0, I thought it had a solid shot at a 9.4, still do, so I'm firm on $350, great resub candidate in my opinion
