Well to start... As one of the most high profile sellers of comic books in the country, his over priced, over graded, poorly shipped books aren't that appealing to a forum full of condition specific collectors, and even though he's actually improved his shipping standards over the last 6-8 years - his pot head huckster mentality has rubbed some people wrong throughout his time in the business. For me, personally, it's not surprising he's one of those looking to spin Stan Lee's death into a sales tool - this is the guy who complained back in 2012 during the flooding of New York from Hurricane Sandy, that the catastrophe had hurt his regular sales in the New York area, and so was asking everyone to bump up their orders to help him out. What a chump.

There are cheaper places, with better selections (and easier to navigate web sites) than Chuckles to get your books from. Why anyone would buy from that guy is beyond me at this point.

Mile High are a bit of a running joke on the boards, mainly due to Chuck's rather ludicrous and fanciful newsletters. Not bashing as such, more like entertainment and perhaps bewilderment at his business model.

I looked up 'crass' in Webster's, and there was a picture of Chuck!
