You can refer to it as "missing paper" or "large tear through book with missing paper" but experienced comic collectors will see one thing "RAT CHEW!"  I would grade that as a 3.0-3.5 b/c it doesn't appear to affect the story at all

Although, I have a few, I consider that one of the biggest no nos...

Which is what you should call it whenever you call your insurer.  Most homeowners (and other) policies have a "rat" or rodent exclusion. Remember this: you are NOT an expert, and NOT a forensic biologist (only the victim.) ;)
