I've been reviewing some of my books and and am considering subbing.  I have a few PCH books that have been looked and graded by a well known boardie...curious what the consensus will be here.  This copy is bright and tight!

4.5 - 5.0 as CGC is grading tough these days

5.0 for me. Better than VG, but the creases are, shall we say, less than Fine.

Well, so far all are on point as to what the grade should be...was graded in hand as a solid 5.0.

Think a pressing would bump it up?

The book's flaws kind of limit the grade bump IMHO, (the Hulk 2 I posted on this page is an extreme example of that LOL), but you might be able to get to a 5.5 if the creases were minimized. Again, JMHO.

I'd sat 5.5 with press and  GA bump.

agree with all the above.  major defects are the 1/2" cover tear, the 2-3" color breaking crease, and spine wear and spine roll. 

Outstanding colors and glossy cover.

5.0 as is.  5.5 with a press to fix the spine roll, waviness, and non-color breaking creases

And this book is in process of being sent in for slabbing.  Will be the first book I've ever slabbed!
