Journey into Unknown Worlds #58 June 1957

Above average issue with a weird cover and art by Maneely and Mort Drucker

A nice presenting complete copy. Has a few neat spine splits and book is neatly detached from covers. Back cover has a small bug chew in cover at top and some sun shadows on edges. Slightly yellowed but clean, supple interior pages.

$25.

Adventures into Darkness #6 (#2) Oct 1952

Great skeleton wedding cover. Tuska and Katz interior art. Sick pre-code stories including a man being eaten by cats!

A well worn, complete copy. Lots of spine tears. Book neatly detached from covers. Tip of top right corner missing. A couple of long creases. Lottsa wear. Nice, off white interior paper. A great filler/reader.

$40.

Thrills of Tomorrow #18 Dec 1954

Cool cover plus a nice Powell story inside. Some nice horror content.

Nice, flat, clean complete copy. Has a light "subscription" crease down center. a small discoloration spot at top edge. Has a neat 1-1/2" upper spine split and another neat split at bottom almost to the bottom staple. A few tiny edge tears. Book and centerfold still attached to covers. Interior pages are supple and clean.

$25.

OK, a real cool one...

This Magazine is Haunted #18 July 1954

Outstanding Ditko cover and story. Also a cool rarely known story swiped almost directly from EC's Haunt of Fear #5. A real rude issue with injury to the eye, branding and a spear through the neck. This is pre-code horror at it's finest kiddies!

A rough but well presenting complete copy. Cover at spine is about 3/4" neatly split. Hanging on to the staple at bottom 1/4th. Has a 3-1/2" long upper right corner crease. A few very tiny chips out of 3 corners. No other major creases and no pieces missing from this great cover. Nice, supple interior paper. Centerfold well attached to book. A very tough and in demand series. Grab an affordable copy before you can't...

Was $100.   Now $90.

Haunted Thrills #4 Dec 1952

What a classic cover! Full of weird Farrell stories that make this title so popular. One of the great horror titles.

Overall, a real nice, bright, clean, flat complete copy. Spine is smooth and tight. No tears, missing pieces or creases. Bound just slightly off at top. The only real problem with this copy is that it has a slightly musty smell and some tiny ink flaking on right side. Not bad, but see the photo. Looks like it was stored with some books that got wet but this one survived pretty well. No water staining. Staples are clean with just a tiny abrasion around the bottom one. Book and centerfold snug to covers. Interior pages are a little yellowed but very supple. Real presentable copy.  I don't mind at all keeping this one...

Was $250.   Now $225.
