PGM FF #52 - Grade Is In!

Here are some pictures of my copy of Fantastic Four #52. I would appreciate your input on the following: a) grade, b) benefit from pressing?, and c) would you slab it?

I just slabbed a FF52 that looks about the same, maybe even a little better than that, and it got a 5.0.

I'll say 5.0. Hopefully they had an off-day with mine, and you'll do better. :)

As for pressing, I'm not sure what it would address. The color breaking creases will still be there.

It looks like a 5.5 Fine- structurally.  However, there is a very small and light stain under BP's crotch, and a very tiny stain spot on the back cover upper right text and very light soiling spots on the bottom of the back cover that do not look like foxing
