PGM FF #49 - Grade Is In! 1 1

Here are some pictures of my copy of Fantastic Four #49. I would appreciate your input on the following: a) grade, b) benefit from pressing?, and c) would you slab it?

My guess is 4.5 - 5.0.

That sounds right, 4.5-5.0. The crease and the stain hurt it, but it’s a great looking book. No to the press, yes to the slab.

I'm a half point lower than old rover in my guess

structurally it's a 5.0 but the stain will knock it down

CGC 4.5

I just got this back from a Joey Post pressing/cleaning and a grading from CGC. Consensus of the group was around 5.0, so I did better than that.
