So silly

Not really. Some people’s work schedule make it impossible to get to a post office to fill out Declaration forms. In other cases, sending 50 pounds of compendiums or comics to England is not practical no matter how much we love them.

Thanks to the Ham, Elves and everyone else who made this one of the most smooth running ones yet!

Every Canadian/European boardie does this to send their prize....

I just think it's silly to basically be willing to take someone's prize, but bar them from taking yours. All for one, one for all on the holiday raffle.

My poster lot will cost $25 or so to send across the country as it is large and oddly shaped. International would be outrageous; other years I have included international shipping and will do so next year but this prize was too big for that.

Yes my raffle donation went out in the mail today too :headbang:

Odd but USPS didn't have the winner of my prizes' "address" in their system, they made me Google the address to see if it was a real destination!

They thought I was catfished hope that I wasn't..... winner hasn't pmd me back...

Yes which is what I’m paying to ship domestically it would cost something like $65 to ship internationally

My pic from Canada requires me to pay additional shipping after $25 which I’m fine with and I guess people can always choose to have it shipped to them and pay the shipping when it says US shipping only

We (us Canadians) can't assume that.  Some US boardies don't want to ship to another country.  It may have nothing to do with cost. 2c

I will add a third prize to my donations and ship to 999ghosts.

I also stated that I am happy to send 999ghosts something due to his missing out. It isn't about the cost for me, it is the practicality.
