Eerie Comics #1 (Avon 1947)

Cover is detached and split. Pages and cover are tan, but not brittle. The figures and title are outlined in pencil. The first few wraps have a spine split at the bottom. See pic. I will include a replica edition by Canton Street Press. GPA shows a 1.8 sold in December 2017 for $1,200. I am asking $1,250 shipped (continental US).

Here are a couple other pics. They are taken with a flash. The book is not as tan as the pics suggest. It doesn't get tanner near the top of the cover.
