Any recommended USA based dealers of Japanese animation original art? Cels etc? 0

I’m looking to buy a quality Christmas gift and since I’m not experienced in animation OA, I’d rather pay extra from a reputable dealer than less on ebay.  Reputable Japanese dealers with fast shipping would be fine too.  I found several USA based animation art dealers but none dealing in Japanese anime.

The best stuff goes in their quarterly auctions, but Mandarake always has 1,000+ cells listed at any given time plus lots of original art.
