Little help?!? Need some eyes 0

Thinking of getting this book. Pay no attention to his estimated grade.  I think it's a 3.0-3.5.  I would just like some eyes to let me know if it looks shady (trimmed, etc).  I have compared it to cgc'd slabs and it seems OK.

Looked at the original listing, didn't see any trimming or other shady activity. Nice book!
