Selling DC on Amazon 1 1

I recently tried listing some DC comics and TPBs on Amazon.  Kept running into messages like the following:  " You need approval to sell: Other DC Comics branded products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)" . They want me to provide "one of the document types below: At least 1 purchase invoice for products from a manufacturer or distributor 1 letter from DC Comics authorizing you to sell their products"

I don't have a letter or invoice.  Has anyone with a Diamond account had success using your invoice to get approval from Amazon?  Any other tips on "ungating"?  Just wondering what kind of hoops I need to jump through.

Something doesn't seem right. Are you listing them as new? It's been a few years since I sold on Amazon, so I am curious about this.

It doesn't even give me a chance to declare what I'm selling is new, used, etc.  Amazon says: "

"As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, we are implementing approval requirements for DC Comics products.

What does this mean for me?

Effective on 2017-10-06, you will need approval to list the affected products. If you do not obtain approval to sell these products prior to 2017-10-06, your listings for these products will be removed. "

Yup, this started last year. Very unfortunate.
